No.

Funny little thing, isn't it? No. It's power's often underestimated. But No has often proven itself to be the most powerful word often. It's saved lives, and it's ended them. Saved lies and saved truths. Made things better, made them worse. There are a million reasons to say No. But don't misuse it. No has seen a two World Wars, depressions, famines, prosperity, and a billion people. A billion people all learning to speak, to use language in new and interesting ways. Samuel Clemens, e. e. cummings, Terry Pratchett. All these men became legends for their use of language in new or creative ways. And it shows, otherwise they'd be lost to time.
